Make a return
If you wish to return your order, please follow the process on our portal: https://returns.bigblue.co/capsule
In order to proceed with a return, you must initiate the process within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to send the product(s) back to us.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, tags, accessories) and must only have been handled to the extent necessary to verify their nature and characteristics.
Any returned product showing signs of use, washing, or undisclosed damage may be subject to a deduction from the refunded amount.
Please note that we will refuse parcels for which customer identification (first name, last name, address, order number) is not possible.
In the event of a return, who pays for the cost of returning the package?
For returns on orders delivered within France and the European Union, the shipping costs to send the parcel back to our warehouses are at your expense and will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order.
Returning from outside the European Union
We are unable to accept returns on orders delivered outside the European Union. This policy is necessary due to the high customs duties and import taxes associated with these types of shipments.
We understand this may be disappointing, but we are required to enforce this policy in order to keep our business viable.
I received a defective product
If you have received a defective product, we are sorry to hear that. Please contact our customer service team at the following address: https://help.jobless.tv/en-US/contact
We will ask you for several photos of the product and the packaging of your order, as well as the parcel and product labels. After review, we will work together to find the most suitable solution to compensate you.
For defects that are apparent upon receipt (damaged parcel, broken product, wrong item), please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can initiate the necessary claims with the carrier.
In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, all our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.
